Sinochem Hebei Xinbao Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.( shorted as Sinochem Xinbao) is a jointventure between Sinochem Hebei Corporation and Shanghai Sinbo Coal Energy Group Limited Company. Located in the Coal Chemical Industrial Zone in Cixian, Hebei Province, Sinochem Xinbao was founded in 2013 with registered capital of 60 million RMB. Equipped with the processing capacity of 50,000 tons washing oil annually，the installation of project phase Ⅰ is accomplished and commissioned in 2015, with the advantages of mature and leading technology as well as high level of automatization.

Based on the industrial chain of “Coking - Coal tar processing - Fine chemicals synthesizing” and the circular economy of energy comprehensive utilization in the Zone,Sinochem Xinbao mainly produces 1-methylnaphthalene, 2-methylnaphthalene, quinoline, fluorene, acenaphthene, dibenzofuran and carbon black oil.

Relying on the R&D of sister companies Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry Ltd and Zhejiang Research Institute of Chemical Industry Ltd. and other relevant institutions, Sinochem Xinbao is extending its coal tar industrial chain to the field of new products and new materials and progressively promoting the ability of wash oil deep-processing.
