Integrated with R&D, production and marketing sale, Fine Chemicals Business Department is operating as Sinochem Hebei’s strategic core business and the professional fine chemical business platform. The department is composed of three independent marketing units, named Coal Tar Chemcial Dept, Import Development Dept., and Specialty Chemicals Dept., as well as a producing base Sinochem Hebei Fuheng Co. Ltd.

The fine chemical industrial base consists of industrial R&D department, production base and marketing platform, which is devoted to promoting the “1+2” development strategy of the company dominated by further processing of wash oil, strengthens the guarantee of marketing expansion, R&D leading and industrial support to the strategic implementation, and fully make advantage of Cixian Fine Chemical Industrial Base to form the cluster of wash oil separation, fine chemical synthesis and derivation, and establish the industrial basis of absorber oil fine chemical products.
